Somatic Breathwork is a specialized, direct, effective breath technique used to release patterns, old belief systems, and trauma. When practiced consistently it assists in re-wiring the nervous system to have a different response to life. Breathing a conscious connected breath is an ancient technology. With the help of an experienced facilitator, it can be life-changing.

In addition, breathing with a community of people enhances release and healing.

You will go home feeling de-stressed, more peaceful, lighter, and freer.

Breathwork changed Wendy's life dramatically. She will tell her story in class about evolving from high anxiety, panic attacks, and performance anxiety to unwinding into the teacher, author, potter, and diviner she is today.

You will learn in as little as 5 minutes a day how Breathwork can quickly improve your everyday life:

Be prepared to move your body and then lie down on the floor. This is an intense modality. If you have asthma, a heart condition, or a major injury it is not recommended.
