Cancellations & Policies

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

While we understand that sometimes ‘life happens,’ we also ask you to understand when somebody no-shows or cancels at the last minute, we lose our income. This can be detrimental to a small business. If there is a problem, please call as soon as possible to come up with an amicable resolution. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment time will result in a full refund being issued or groupon reservation being rescheduled. (We do not refund groupons – you have to contact them). Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment time and no shows will result in the full charge with no refund or rescheduling of the class time except for in extraordinary circumstances.

Policies:

Each pottery class is geared toward the experience of clay and the truth is that when working with clay sometimes pots break. There is never a guarantee that a pot will survive the firing process, much less handling to and from the kiln or even glazing. If your pot gets broken and it was paid for separately from the class you will have a choice receiving a $10 credit toward another class/product or a refund of the $10 cost per pot you originally paid for. You will not be offered another class free of charge. If your pot was included in the cost of the class you will receive $10 credit toward another class or product.
