Skin is prepped, cleaned, and revitalized as we use clay to exfoliate and create a clay mask specific to your skin type all with a gentle touch.

Blissful Body Scrub

90 minutes $135

This Blissful Body Scrub is a relaxing and pampering full body exfoliation. Leaving the skin feeling rejuvenated, beautiful, and invigorated. Start with a full body dry brushing. Gentle, circular and upward motions along your entire body will stimulate the lymphatic system. This will be followed by a gentle scrub from Zion Health Skincare to remove any dead skin. Finish off by choosing from any of our Dr. Hauschka-infused massage oil. You will leave with your skin looking radiant and healthy but also feeling soft and hydrated and you take home your skin brush for continued home care.

A clay consultation is an in-depth conversation about physical, emotional, or spiritual concerns followed by a course of action to help facilitate change, growth or simply, movement. The unique perspective and life situation of each individual determines each consultation. Following our conversation l make recommendations with clay remedies and the clay needed to implement them! Consultations can be done in person or via phone. You pay only for recommended products!

Engaging with clay is a tactile, somatic experience. When you throw on the wheel the whole body is engaged. It slows us down and asks us to be aware of our impact. As a result the mind focuses on the present, especially on the pressure the hands apply.

Clay is the earth, assisting with grounding and a relationship with the body. It brings us into relationship with the four elements, earth, air, fire and water and transforms us as we transform it.

Any art form can engage the mind in a meditative way but clay itself is therapeutic. It has a negative ionic charge, absorbing (and adsorbing) positively charged ions like heavy metals and environmental toxins out of the body through the skin. Clay is a very powerful, energetic tool. It is a living organism that naturally strives to change and transform. This energy can be utilized in many different ways. On the body it can be used to detoxify heavy metals and chemicals, exfoliate the skin, tighten pours, and reinvigorate the body. As a pliable organism that can assume any form, it can be shaped into whatever is needed to work through emotional upheaval or to create new pathways for healing. Clay can also be used to develop skills such as hand and eye skills, balancing and centering skills, as well as helping quiet the mind.

Reiki Healing Sessions

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

The word Reiki is made of 2 Japanese words- Rei, which means “God’s wisdom or the higher power” and Ki which is “life force energy”. So Reiki is actually “spiritually guided life force energy”.

  • Skin Brushing 20 minutes $38

    • Skin body brushing is said to energize the body, increases circulation, help blood flow, stimulates drainage from the lymphatic system, smooth skin's surface, sweep away flakes and dry patches, and even out lumps and bumps, including cellulite .The treatment involves a thorough brushing using a coarse, natural-fiber bristles, beginning at your feet and working in the direction of your heart. The idea is that the coarse fibers will help to remove dead skin and improve the skin's ability to eliminate toxins through the pores. The brush is included in the service for you to bring home for everyday use.

  • PARAFFIN Hand Treatment $5

    • The paraffin is a yummy blend of Shea Butter, Jojoba Seed Oil, Vitamin E, and Coconut Oil for a hydrating hand treatment.

  • Castor Oil Treatment $10

    • The Castor oil is an abdominal treatment (so it would be on your abdomen during the facial). Castor oil is from the castor bean. The pack is placed on the abdomen with a cozy, warm heating pad. Castor oil enhances circulation and promotes healing of the tissues and organs underneath the skin. They can also improve liver function, relieve pain, reduce inflammation, and improve digestion. We send the pack home with you for daily or weekly usage.
