6-WEEK THROWING ON THE WHEEL & HAND-BUILDING FOR ADULTS

LEVEL 1 COURSE - With Judy Wing

Watch a throwing and hand-building demonstration for each class. You will alternate between the two with your classmates and make a variety of shapes/techniques. Learn to make bowls and mugs on the wheel, pulling handles, slab rolling, and coil pots. Come with your imagination and ideas of what you want to make and we will guide you. You will see a demonstration each night for 5 weeks and will glaze all your own work in the 6th class. Please note - we do not offer make-up classes.

LEVEL 2 COURSE - With Zachary Adinolfi

Learn to combine hand-building, throwing, and altering shapes. You will lift the walls and make vase shapes. Other projects include mugs and a chip-and-dip serving platter. You will glaze all your own work. Please note, we do not offer make-up classes.

*NOTE: You must complete level 1 before continuing to level 2.

LEVEL 3 COURSE - With Michael Fong

Progress to refining your work with trimming techniques, understanding form inside and out. You will create 2 teacups and saucers and experiment with teapot shapes, completing the class with a tea set. You will also make a glazing brush. Please note - we do not offer make-up classes.
