HYPNOSIS FOR EMOTIONAL IMMUNE BOOST (ONLINE CLASS)

When we attend to, care for and nurture our emotional body, as we would our physical body, we build up 'immunity' to external factors. We learn to stay, grounded and present. We have less of an emotional response or reaction to what someone else is saying or doing, or what is occurring around us. Learn some simple techniques to aid you in this process.

Participants will meet in an online classroom and be guided by Wendy Walter through a 60 minute session. Following the session participants can choose to stay and join our post discussion group chat where you can share your personal experience, ask Wendy questions and feel connected with your fellow classmates.
