LEARN SELF-HYPNOSIS (ONLINE CLASS)

It may feel like the world is temporarily closed so let’s take this time to learn something new! Some people are often skeptical or fearful about hypnosis but think of this class as a guided meditation. Learn in just three steps to rewire the mind to adapt to our current world shift. Reduce stress, gain coping skills and find focus in the chaos. You are resilient and you can do this!

Participants will meet in an online classroom and be guided by Wendy Walter through a 60 minute session where we will focus on self-hypnosis. Following the session participants can choose to join our post discussion group chat where you can share your personal experience, ask Wendy questions and feel connected with your fellow classmates.
