Event hosted by Alex Andolfi, this class is for anyone wanting to connect deeply with self and spirit. Join a group of souls on guided meditations, facilitated conversations and intentional movement.
We will open our class by grounding within ourselves, with a chance to take note of different parts of our bodies. With the help of totem animal cards we will deepen our understanding of what medicine is being called to us in the moment.
Our inner practice will then evolve into a movement practice where no knowledge of dance or movement “skills” are required. There will simply be an invitation to allow our bodies to move as they wish, from a place of gratitude and compassion.
We will organically come back to stillness with the opportunity to free write for a time.
The class will end with a sharing circle, where experiences, thoughts or questions can be shared.
Leave this class with: a clearer picture of how our bodies store emotions, New connections with all participants, practical tools to further self exploration, handouts and a follow up email from Alex geared towards supporting a home practice for each participant.
Please bring a pen and journal with you.
