Hand-building for All Ages

In these classes, hand-building techniques are taught with different projects monthly.

This is an experimental class that introduces basic hand-building techniques. Wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty, including shoes, and leave jewelry at home (Tip: long nails are hard to work with).

The value is in the process of making your piece. One piece you make will be dried, fired, and glazed for you to keep. If you decide to keep additional pots you make, there is a charge of $10 per piece (if your piece gets accidentally broken in the firing process, we will refund your $10 payment).

These images are inspiration only; everyone’s will be unique and beautiful.

NEW! GLAZE CLASSES - Students interested in adding some color to their pieces can register for a glazing class date.

SOUP BOWL

A cozy bowl for soup, comfort, and a little fall nourishment.

Join Nicole L’Heureux for a seasonal handbuilding class where you will create your own handmade soup bowl, with the option to add a matching bread plate or spoon rest. Using simple clay techniques, you will shape a functional bowl and personalize it with autumn-inspired details such as leaves, mushrooms, texture, handles, or your own creative design.

No experience is needed. Come ready to slow down, play with clay, and make a bowl with a little soul.
