Hypnosis is a natural deep state of relaxation. Think of this class as a meditation class but with a guided focus on Stress Relief. In this group class, participants will meet in an online classroom and be guided by Wendy Walter through a 60 minute session focusing on relaxation, your breath and being present. Following the hypnosis session, participants can choose to join our meditation discussion group chat where you can share your personal experience, ask Wendy questions, and feel connected with your fellow classmates.
