Feeling like you can’t focus or concentrate on anything? Is your mind just out to lunch or filled with a million thoughts? Think of this class as a meditation class but with guided intention on increasing your focus. Participants will meet in an online classroom and be guided by Wendy Walter through a 60 minute session where we will work to quiet the mind, focus on our breath and feel grounded within yourself again. Following the hypnosis session participants can choose to join our meditation discussion group chat. Here you can share your personal experience, ask Wendy questions and feel connected with your fellow classmates.
